An easy way to hide liver in a meal is to make it into a paste, then add it to ground meat.  You’re then ready to make meatballs, meat sauce, meat loaf, taco meat, whatever ground meat dish  you like!

Herbal vinegars are rich in minerals, and that’s why I make them every year.  Vinegar dissolves calcium and all minerals from the plants.  And when you add it to your food, you free up minerals from the vegetables you eat so you can easily absorb them!

When you can’t count on roadside shops or restaurants to get you through a long drive, bring some of this easy-to-make beef jerky. Takes 5 minutes to mix together and shape into patties (or long strips), then several hours left to dry in the dehydrator.
